Police in Arizona are actively searching for rapper Lil Xan after he hurled his microphone into the audience and struck a man in the head during a performance at the Innings Music Festival on Saturday.
According to witnesses, the incident occurred after a fan reportedly threw a cup of beer at Lil Xan. The rapper allegedly reacted by throwing his microphone, which hit the man in the temple and knocked him unconscious.
The victim, identified as 22-year-old Noah Domingo, suffered a laceration and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. His current condition is not known.
Lil Xan has not publicly commented on the incident. However, his representatives have denied any wrongdoing, claiming that the rapper was provoked by the fan's actions.
The Scottsdale Police Department is investigating the incident and has obtained security footage of the event. Spokesperson Sgt. Kevin Watts said that officers are reviewing the footage and interviewing witnesses.
